Corporate with an emphasis on environmental, natural resources and real estate matters including water and effluent rights, financing of solid waste facilities and other infrastructures, mining claims, environmental assessments and permitting, solid and hazardous waste, Clean Water Act requirements, indoor air pollutants and the expanded OSHA Hazard Communication Standard.

Extensive experience in a wide variety of matters relating to water and effluent rights, mining claims, state and federal land leases, solid and hazardous waste, Clean Water Act Section 404 “dredge and fill” requirements, radon and other indoor air pollutants, asbestos, PCBs, spill notifications, SARA Subtitle III requirements (Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act), the expanded OSHA Hazard Communication Standard and the Clean Air Act.
