Natural Resources – Extensive experience focusing primarily on water rights. Represents municipal and private party clients in water rights litigation and has successfully argued on such matters in the Supreme Court of Arizona. Represented numerous land management agencies of the State of Arizona regarding water and land uses and acquisitions.
Municipal – Represents cities, towns and special improvement districts concerning financing of development projects and infrastructure as well as compliance with governing laws. Formed numerous districts to address pollutant and water supply issues.
Utility – Represents private water utility companies in proceedings at the Arizona Corporation Commission, Arizona Department of Water Resources, and Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. Represents public sector utilities concerning regulatory compliance and legislative matters.
Environmental – Extensive experience with water quality issues, including pollutant releases and treatment. Experience with site pollution, remediation, permitting, and negotiating with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality regarding compliance concerns and violations.
