Concentrates her practice in the area of real estate law and has represented institutional and financial investors and owners in a wide range of financial and real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, leasing and the sale of commercial and residential property. Currently advises governmental clients in development projects, joint ventures and public-private partnerships. Represents clients in the organization and structure of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.
